newt. juice

FBS-1442: released spring 1998

Notes:
Hailed by determined fans as the definitive unreleased newt. rarities album, newt. juice (FBS/Schnarfsongs 1442) contains twenty-seven tracks, including such obscure B-sides as Ode to an Ank and Soap Suds, along with the original version of Informational Guy and the first British release of Unhomewardly Bounded. Together with Classic newt., who's newt. and Psydnym, these four albums make up most of newt.'s early studio output. However, this set is not complete. One glaring omission is the remixed version of Beneath My Smile, one of the newt.'s top selling singles.

Personnel:
Lowell Mead: guitar, keyboards, vocals
Haakon Faste: guitar, bass, vocals, piano on "Minnie the Moocher"
Mark Dow: lead guitar on "True within you"
Yuval Miller (backwards): vocal blurt on "Little Helper"
